Class packages start at $150/month for once a week

each class is 1 hour

  Class Schedule

  • Strength & Conditioning Clinic - Monday at 6:30 pm
  • Functional Fitness - Tuesday at 6 pm
  • Cardio - Wednesday at 6 pm
  • Dumbbell/Kettlebell Workshop - Thursday at 5 pm
  • Intro to Barbell - Friday at 5 pm
  • Strongman 101 - Saturday at Noon

*Strongman style equipment - logs, sandbags, stones & kegs

*Powerlifting and specialty bars to work through any injuries, get new stimulus & adaptations

*Chains and bands for accomidating resistence

*Calibrated weights - all weights are competition standard

*Cardio equipment - bike, treadmill, rower, sled, battle ropes & more

*Chalk & high energy this is not a library this is a gym

*All our welcome any age gender beginner or advanced

Coach KYO is a NASM-certified personal trainer

with special certifications in


 1) Corrective Exercise

- rehabilitation to fix any imbalances or strengthen any muscle weakness you may have,

as well as segway you back into training after an injury.

- certification to help you train for sport or a specific athletic endeavor.


3) Behavior Change

 - certification to help you eliminate bad behaviors and remove roadblocks that are in the way of you reaching your full potential.
